Cassandra Chavis is certified and licensed in several massage
techniques, including Deep Tissue, Muscular Therapy, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Pre-and-Post Natal, Reflexology, Sports and Hot Stone. She was extensively trained in Kinesiology, Neurology and Anatomy. Also, Cassie graduated from Sister Rosalind Gefre's Schools and Clinics of Massage in West St. Paul, the school's headquarters. Prior to joining our practice, she held a position at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
She absolutely loves doing massage and enjoys seeing the success of what massage can do for her clients.
